Who Do I Need To Contact To Inquire About Placing Vending Machines In The White House?

I would like to prepare a business plan ahead of time in case Hillary gets elected. My idea is to get permission to place condom vending machines in every room in the White House. I think with the number of rooms (over a hundred), this might be quite a proffitable venture if the Clintons make it back in the WH.

    you should call them on the phone and ask, I had a friend that used to call the white house all the time, don’t know what happened to him though, he just kinda disappeared one day
