What’s A Good Pregnancy Snack On The Go……?
I’m trying to watch what I eat but at work it’s hard not to be tempted to go get something out of the snack machine. What is a good nutritional snack that I can take with me to snack on?

Hi, I am a diabetic and when I was preg with my son I was on a special diet. My snacks had to be high protein, 1 protein 1 carb. I would make sandwich bags with a cheese stick and 8 crackers or 2 gram crackers, 1/2 ham sandwich, 1/2 small chicken breast with 1 corn tortilla, corn quesadilla. I sure if you have no diet restrictions, handful of nuts or a granola
bar would be good. High protein will fill you up but I am sure a piece of fruit is OK too.

I always have raisins, some sort of fruit like apples, grapes, bananas or something like that . . . I also often have peanut butter crackers and granola bars in my bag.
Best wishes for a happy & healthy pregnancy!

Dried fruit is excellent during pregnancy it has plenty of vitamins in it and fills you up and it can be quite cheap xx
