I dont think you’re eating enough. You need much more to your diet than just that.

I think at 5’6″ and 110 pounds it wouldn’t hurt you to gain a little bit of weight.
Personally I think your lunch was not balanced at all. Lose the horrible chips (even if they are baked) and get yourself something with a little protein to it like a tuna wrap or something.

….vegetables? just a thought….
also i’d eat a healthier cereal such as total or shredded wheat, and get rid of the chips. perhaps eat a clif bar instead…. or at least something you can snack on that has nutrition.

I’m 5’7 and 110, almost 20.
Your fine weight wise….
Try to eat more balanced though, i’m like you I don’t eat alot of protein so I’ve been trying to eat alot of cheese (which I hate) yogurt, and meats.

the other guy is right- definetly do a better lunch

sounds healthy but you’re pretty skinny for your height
