Count yourself LUCKY and realize that this is a wake up call for your possible problem with drinking. . . . I didn’t and I wasn’t so lucky.
I have spent 21 days in City Jail,have been in 4 different county jails. . . .all drinking related.
Apparently your lawyer got you what is called work release and you still get to go to your job but have to report back to jail after you get off work. . . . You are REAL LUCKY! ! !
Even if you didn’t get work release,all you are going to do is sit and watch TV all day or sleep all day.
You will see those coming in/out but you will be OK unless you let someone punch your buttons and you get into a fight. . . DON’T DO IT or you will get more charges and you will end up spending alot more time in jail.

They make it very uncomfortable for you, so you won’t want to
go back. The tempiture is undesirable. The food is bad. The showers are not hot. You are allowed a phone call every day, but is collect, and a message indicates where the call is coming from add the person who answers the phone is given a yes or no to answer right then, or the phone will hang up. If they say yes, they will tell you the call will be around $15.00 for who you are calling to pay each time called. If the person says no, then the phone hangs up, and no call is made.
If you fight this and lose, you may still go to jail for a longer
period and still have to do the classes, pluss pay the court
costs, so talk with the lawyer and don’t be afraid to ask any
questions before you make a decision. Good Luck.

You should be in prison for a long time. Drunk drivers should be charged with attempted murder.

if you’re allowed to bring clothing and money for snacks, thats not jail as I know it, thats overnite camp.

if your a female , you have a pocket they can’t see for sleeping pills er what have you, it sucks, the woman are grose and nasty and alot of them rule the pod cause they have been there so long, if you smoke it will be terrible for you, if you can sleep and read and be tough you will be okay, ha. They will probaally call you fresh meat, there are alot of gay ones in there, the food is terrible, ah but it’s not that bad. Don’t cry about your lil 2 days when you are there either, they hate that, noone looking at 5 years wants to hear you whine or complain. Stay to your self/ walk in there like you own the place, show respect for those that do, respect the gaurds and they should respevct you. take any madication you use with you or you will go without. phone cards are exspensive up to 50 cents per minute so bring more then 20.

endure this? Sorry man be happy thats all ya got. But im sure the dui fees will add up to a good punishment
