for example if you put a fake dollar in a vending machine, does it accept?

    no it doesn’t it has a special sensor that tells if the dollar bill is fake or not

    Yeah say if you have little round pieces of metal that resembled coins and were the same size and weight would the vending machine think they are real coins and give you your drink? Why has nobody tried this?
