Is It Possible To Eat Too Much Fruit Whilst Trying To Lose Weight?
I am trying to lose weight and i eat lots of fruit whilst i am at work to stop me from going to the snack machine (for crisps and chocolate). Is it possible to eat too much because of the sugar content? I eat about 5 pieces a day, usually a banana apple pear nectarine and grapes

normally nothing is harmful about that as long as you don’t mix with anything else than than. a dietitian told me years ago how to diet and she adviced me to eat just fresh fruit or fresh raw vegetables and i succeeded to lose weight which i kept the proceduce until today.
i’d lost the weight gain then i continue eating the same manner but i remained with my weight since nothing lost nothing gained. the sugar in the fruit normally we illiminate by sweating and going to the loo, but this doesn’t stop you from drinking something hot. after eating fresh fruit i usually drink just plain hot water, with no sugar no bags of tea it’s bad for the teeth, neither coffee so why not try
