If I Have An Idea For A Currently Non-existent Type Of Vending Machine, Who Do I Talk To About Designing One?
This isn’t a common coin dispenser or snack machine that can be found on eBay. I am talking about designing a new machine with a specific purpose that would need to be customized exactly for the purpose I have in mind.

Get to the patents office and see if anybody has already patented your idea, if they have you’ll have real issues. If they haven’t go to whatever firm takes your fancy provided you have already taken out the patent, that way they can’t steal your idea and claim it for their own.

I always have a hell of a time finding non-existant designers

You can talk to me about it. I would love to hear your plans! Then we can copyright that $hit together, and we can split the profits 80/20 (80% for me, 20% for you). Let me know when you want to get this $hit started.

Yeah, you would definitely have to do a lot of research about if the idea had been used or not. You don’t want to get yourself into copyright infringement issues. Then, if you think you can do it yourself you should go for it. You would make tons more money that way. You would have to network to find people that could “restock” your machines and all that. There’s always technicalities of course. Basically you would become the manager of a small company though. The Better Business Bureau would also probably give some good advice on what to do from there. Hey, if you need anyone to do your advertising, I’m an amateur ad. designer (I go for cheap ;P) purpleprincess_08@hotmail.com

Go to the copy right office and if no one has already patened the idea then copy right it and then build it using what ever you need then try to sell the idea.

You need to go to the patents office to discuss your invention.
