How Much Difference Can It Make If You Stop Eating Processed Food And Eat More Natural Food?

Instead of grabbing a candy bar from the snack machine, I choose the peanuts. Or instead of a bag of chips, I snack on some cheese.
I’m not on a big diet per se, but am trying to just eat a little healthier. Can making these small changes have any kind of an impact?

    Definitely. Not only are these things better for you but they will also make you feel better. Plus, you will get used to making good choices and they will become natural for you. Like it or not, your metabolism is most likely going to be shot when you hit 40ish, so it would be nice to not have to worry about your weight, right?

    I’m just little snizz innocent and I eat only cheese..
    that’s when LuLu doesn’t take it from me..
    also I suspect mikey above me is stealing my cheese!
