It would be tough. You might be able to manipulate the candy with a biopsy forcep, but it would be tough. It would also be cumbersome to drag the whole cart with the light source to the vending machine.

it would be hard for a colonoscope to steal form a vending machine…colonoscopes operate by a low suction vacuum…the vacuum would not be powerful enough to extract the candy from the machine…a solid blockage such as a wrapper would also mess up the scope…colonoscope vacuums are used primarily to remove liquids
