Any Tips On Starting A Snack Shop Business?

Hi!
I’m doing a school project where I receive a million bucks. Any tips or sources that I can use to find good prices on bulk candy, hot dog machines, popcorn machines, Icee machines or stuff? Also, if you can think of anything to put in the shop, tell me!
What I’m having in the shop (and what I need info on):
Hot Dogs
Popcorn
Icees
Candy
Popsicles and Icecream
A soda fountain
An arcade game (or two or three)
Help me out,

    With the obesity problem in the US and the UK – why not sell fresh fruit, granola, bars, low fat yogurt, and veggies too – I am always on the look for places I can get healthy snacks
