Monday, December 7th, 2009I frequently find myself standing in front of the snack machine at my college with nothing but a $20 in my pocket. There is a change machine but I am scared that if I change a $20 I will have to carry around 80 quarters. Will it really give me 80 quarters? or will it spit out some smaller bills too?
