I am trying to lose weight and i eat lots of fruit whilst i am at work to stop me from going to the snack machine (for crisps and chocolate). Is it possible to eat too much because of the sugar content? I eat about 5 pieces a day, usually a banana apple pear nectarine [...]

You would be better off investing your time in spelling and grammar.

Instead of grabbing a candy bar from the snack machine, I choose the peanuts. Or instead of a bag of chips, I snack on some cheese. I’m not on a big diet per se, but am trying to just eat a little healthier. Can making these small changes have any kind of an impact?
